- Epson Perfection V700 Photo ScannerMade a huge error in ordering this product because I thought it was an A3 scanner. I had Googled A3 scanner and this was one that came up - I guess in response to the word scanner! However, have decided to keep it. It is easy to use and has many specialist features which I hope to master. I take and copy lots of photos and edit them. This machine should ensure top quality finish.

- as expected......this is as I had read on here & various other review sites - a quality scanner that does an excellent job of my 35mm & 120 negatives. A star off for the bundled Silverfast software, given that it is very user unfriendly (there is also Epson software bundled).

- epson perfection v700I bought this as a gift so cannot comment on this particular item, but I bought an identical one 18/12 ago and it has worked like a dream. I was fed-up with my canon scanner croping my scans and had a previous epson scanner that worked well. I have used this one for about 2500 transparencies and 500+ b&w negs , all with v.little trouble. - Superb slide scanningWith hundreds (if not thousands) of slides that need scanning I purchased a product advertised as specifically for scanning slides. It was absolute rubbish. It is frequently advertised in newspapers and magazines - do not buy it. Buy this Epson Perfection V700: it is superb. Scanning twelve at a time, it can be loaded and left running while doing other work. Most of my pictures look better than they ever did as slides because corrections can be made. Money well spent!
